Shipping & Delivery
Orders for in-stock items will be shipped immediately and accurately from the nearest warehouse on the same working day, if placed before 1pm EST. Please note that we do not have a physical retail store, so all orders must be shipped.

Customer information is used solely for purchase and delivery purposes and will not be sold to a third party. The majority of our website is available to you without having to enter any personal information. Personal information is only collected when needed to serve you.
Terms & Conditions
Prices reflect costs at the time of publication. All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment under open account terms is required 30 days from date of invoice. CSC in it's discretion, may hold shipments and refuse to accept orders if a customer is in arrears on payment or if amount ordered is in excess of approved limit. Customer will be charged $20.00 by CSC for any cheque of customer that is returned because of insufficient funds in customer's account. The information contained in this catalog is as accurate as possible. However, CSC reserves the right to add, discontinue or substitute products, as it deems advisable and to make any other necessary changes. Any substitute shall be of equal or greater value than the advertised product and may be returned for full credit, refund or replacement. Specifications of all products described and illustrated in our catalogs are subject to change, in accordance with our suppliers’ modifications.
Order Discrepancies
At CSC, we stand behind our products, as well as our service. Please examine your order carefully upon arrival. If you find an error was made, call customer service immediately and we will issue a return authorization number. All shipping discrepancies and damaged package claims will be honoured when communicated to CSC within 10 working days from receipt.
Return Policy
CSC will exchange or reimburse you for the cost of product (freight not included) for any unused item returned within 30 days. There will be an applied restocking fee of 15% for returns up to 30 days, 25% 31 days to 60 days. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. Exceptions to this return policy include custom-ordered items (For which no returns are accepted) and office supplies. Office supplies may be returned within 30 days of delivery, and will not be accepted beyond that point. ALL returns must be unopened, not expired and in a saleable condition. To assist us better in serving you, we require that ALL returns be pre-arranged by calling 1-877-855-8818. If you have a problem or questions about a product under warranty, please call us for further assistance.
No cash refunds issued for under $25.00. Credit balance will be applied to future purchases made within 180 days.
For your protection personal items (Toilet seats, stockings...) are not eligible for return or exchange beyond 5 business days. No returns on books, software or videos due to copyright laws.
Safe Product Use
CSC is not responsible for damage incurred by any products sold through the CSC website. CSC advises customers to read all warnings and instructions carefully before using a product. CSC encourages customers to contact a health professional or the product manufacturer with any concerns before use.
Damaged Merchandise
We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order. On rare occasions, a package may be damaged or lost in transit. The carrier is responsible for merchandise after it leaves our warehouse. For your protection, please follow these procedures.
1. Carefully inspect each carton for damage.
2. Check shipment against carrier's delivery receipt to make sure you received all cartons listed.
3. Have the driver note shortages or damage even if slight on the delivery receipt.
4. Immediately after delivery, open all cartons and inspect for concealed damage. If you find damage, DO NOT discard the carton or any contents of your package.
