How do I get free shipping on my order?
By ordering clinic supplies over $299!
Please note: There may be delivery restrictions in some areas. At this time, we do not ship anywhere outside of Canada. Standard shipping rates do not apply if you live in a remote area, or the provinces of NWT, YT or NU. Please contact Clinic Supplies Canada for shipping arrangements prior to submitting your order.
What happens if my product is on back-order?
We do are very best to ensure there is ample stock of all our products; however there are times when popular items go on back order. A Clinic Supplies Canada representative will notify you immediately via email as soon as we are made aware of a back order, with the estimated lead time.
When does my credit card get charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is packaged and processed. The process is simple. First, you receive a confirmation of your order by email; next an emailed invoice indicating payment – this is when your credit card will actually be billed.
When can I expect my order?
Shipping times vary according to location, however you should expect:

Can I track my order online?
Yes! You can track your package online just by logging in to your account. Click "view order" for your tracking details. If there are no tracking details - please call or email us and we can provide you with details.
How do I exchange/return a product?
Please contact Clinic Supplies Canada to arrange for a Return Authorization number. You will be given further instructions at this point. We offer returns / exchanges up to a full 30 days. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping fees.
How long do I need to wait for a refund?
When your package reaches our warehouse and the product is inspected, a credit will be issued to you.
Does Clinic Supplies Canada charge a restocking fee?
At this time CSC does not charge a restocking fee.

What is a Card Security Code?
This is a 3 digit code located on the back of your credit card.
Can I save my credit card information in my profile?
In order to fully protect your privacy, Clinic Supplies Canada does not save any of your payment information. Payment data will need to be provided each time you place an order. Your personal information is very important to us. All personal information such as credit card number is handled sensitively and privately.
How can I qualify for a monthly account?
Please contact Clinic Supplies Canada for a Credit Application Form. Upon successful approval, you may place orders on a 30-day net invoicing basis.
